Personal Information Collection, Use, and Storage

Bloomfield Web Design collects personal information that visitors voluntarily provide through our website contact and quote request forms. This may include names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, business locations, requested services, and SMS consent preferences.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide website quotes, schedule appointments, communicate about requested services, and provide customer support.

Phone Number Collection and Storage

Phone numbers are collected directly from visitors who enter them into our website forms. Submitted phone numbers are processed through our website’s contact form system and delivered to our business email for handling customer inquiries.

Phone numbers and related contact information are stored in our business email and any other customer communication systems we use, with access limited to authorized personnel. We retain this information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer communications, business records, and applicable legal obligations.

SMS Communications and Consent

Visitors may separately opt in to receive SMS messages by selecting an optional, unchecked consent checkbox on our website quote form. SMS messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment scheduling, and updates about requested services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be processed by service providers solely as needed to operate our website and deliver authorized communications.
